Just wait until work is done. Normaly it lasts until 12.00 am / 1.00 pm UK time. Show patience and Home will open for you as usual.

I'd just like to kindly say YOU! I've been on the phone with you guy's trying to get my PSH working and I've yet to even be able to see what it's like inside of it. I'm 21, my account clearly states the I'm 21, but still I keep getting the message "You are not old enough to access Playstation Home" THAT'S BULL

I'm tired of you guys just dicking around taking your sweet time and not actually worring about customer satisfaction or mental anguish.  PS ID PBSF_The_Kidd. I'm tired of you guys doing absolutely nothing to help. Also I will be expecting some sort of credit on my account so I can purchase a FULL game, least you can do since I've been waiting and dealing with constant BS.

I'll be waiting on a response, not like "ill get one, but till it's fixed i will keep posting.

In regards to the issue your are experiencing, the message "You are not old enough to access PlayStation Home" means that the age on your PSN account is below the minimum age requirement of the service. SCEE requires and digitally enforces users to be older than 16 years in order to access Home.

You say you are 21, yet your PSN account says otherwise. The age on your account cannot be changed; so until the date of birth registered with PSN reaches 16 years you will not be able to access the service on your account.

Due to the security nature of PlayStation®Network accounts we cannot provide assistance via forum correspondence. I suggest contacting your local PlayStation®Support Centre again for further help.

It's great that you're obviously so eager to access Home for the first, but as you are having problems doing so, why not create a new account for accessing the service. As you are having a bad experience with customer service this may be your next best option.

hey guys still having problems with playstation home s server well guess what i already found our anwser to our problems some guy called anomynous iD account he been hacking us from playstation home server D5021 problem im also having it too so owners from playstations we should cooperate and lock or spam this Anomynous person we gotta tell this to the sony company people if you are hearing please spam this person Called Anomynous ID account.
