hii , i have a technical problem that happens everytime that theres a update the error code is: z(9, -2) ..the thing is it happens straight after the update has been installed i see my friends on ps home so i try to get on, then the error pops up.. this is my 6th week with the same problem also i must add after a day or 2 go by im able to log on to home, the shorts wait ive had is around 12hrs AFTER maintenance, the longest is 2days *the bigger the update,the longer the wait* please help as im still waiting to log on and its been a 6hr wait already ..thank you

Hello. I have a problem with playtation home .. This I have already installed the latest update fimrware. What happens is that when I start Playstation home and come to the screen that tells me to leave some free space on hard drive (and then press X to continue), nothing happens. Remains fixed screen and I can not proceed. What should I do? It's already happened? Everything else works .. In fact if I press the middle button (the one with the transparent symbol playstation), I can return to manage the console, but not play home. Help

For any technical problems your having with PS Home, it's best to create a new thread in the PS Home Technical Help board. 

Doing that makes it easier for anyone else who's experiencing the same problem to discus it.

I raised a technical issue a few days ago, and I'm perplexed as to why it hasn't been addressed or even acknowledged by any home official so far. someone else who also pointed out the same problem has also been "overlooked" when bringing the issue to light.

if you are not going to at least TRY to read through ALL the threads created and then at least acknowledge peoples issues when they post them, what's the point of having a tech help section???
