download redeem codes from store while using a pc

having probs trying to download redeem codes for Grid reloaded I am using a pc not ps3 it's not connected to network only have a dongle internet connection could someone please help with this it could be I am just not seeing it right the redeem codes work but can't transfer codes to shopping cart to download thank you
