Long story short I'm getting the same thing (mentioned it in the wrong thread, whoops), but figured I'd mention a new development. I tried that leaving message of the day thing up while things loaded, so far so good, tried to enter Home Square and got a different message: Network Error The connection to the server was lost F15.
That help with the investigations any?

PlayStation ® Home we see the symptoms that are harder to login. In addition, we also confirmed the connection is broken due to changes in behavior and movement between lounge avatar after login.

I had Error F13 & X80710D23 constantly, its the new shopping area, its cursed, along with veemee female stuff lo as the first errors started when downloading dress items.

So tired when i finally did get on with speech bubble overload in the small shopping area, went straight sleep

It's got nothing to do with the content updates yesterday. It's a PSN level error affecting Home across all of the regions.

every time now when i select the home logo my screen goes blank n freezes is this caused by the same prob ??? .... not sure if i should delete home and reinstall it but not sure how 2 ... is it just deleting main home logo , just dont wanna loose any thing , or should i wait 4 a bit

Personaly i would wait. The powers that be are apparently trying to fix the problem. Maybe resort to deleting home and reinstaling if the problem persists after the fix. BTW you do not lose any of your items but will have to download all the spaces again, which for me ia a real pain in the preverbial cos my broadband is slow.

yer i got 20 apartments and spent alot of time getting em nice , dont wanna have 2 do that again lol esp the dance floor with the single squares that was a nightmare , will wait i think
