home save data question

Hi al

A question about home data saves, are they able to be copy from one hhd to another hhd it will be used by the same id but on a new ps3 or is it copy protected..if anyone out there can help please reply and thank you

The saves are on a hhd in a dead ps3 can i connect to the new via a sata to usb unit and cop it that way

'Yello, yes if you save the data to a USB pen or flashdrive it'll keep your saves under your ID only, then it can be transferred to a new HDD. Only you can use it, and I don't recommend trying to edit the data as that's naughty.

I keep back up's of my data only in case of emergency, that's fine :Smile:
