Hello

im geeting the error issue an awful lot in both the main space and personal,

which means u cant play anything

so its been three months since i bought the apartment and STILL cannot use it , this is ridiculous , no updates , no support , this really isn't on , i been following a US thread set up by there support team , although not alot been posted recently they do give updates so its worth checking now and again ... but we shouldnt be having to really http://community.us.playstation.com/thread/3882070?tstart=0

Well here we still are like 3 months down the line and still not a word I have rang Sony several times and all they are saying is its a problem that is trying to be solved if its been out for over 3 months what was the point in releasing it. sony just keep sending me emails saying its trying to be restored witch oviously at this rate its never going to be. even when i contact them by phone they still saying things i have tryed already like deactivating my system uninstalling home formatting hard drive its like am going round in 1 big circle

well i ended up phoning Sony and although they didnt explain the problem they were very helpful and refunded me the money for the apartment , but i still hope the problem is fix eventually so i can buy the apartment again as it was one of my favourites.

Thx Rams I read on the american forums u couldn't get ur money back I'll ring monday & get mine back. I don't think its gonna get fixed nothing official been said on the american forums in ages I gave up with this 1 lol.
