I see where your coming from, and I also see the point of MB, Ted and the Mods. Perhaps any threads brought to the attention of mods are deleted, even if a small edit would suffice! Looking at the recent threads on the XI dicussion I would'nt be suprised if they all contain spoilers, yet they do not state that there is spoilers included. This may not be the original poster's fault but still they should still foresee a spoiler may crop up.

I hate to sound like a vetran because I'm not, but it seems that some newer members do not realise that they need to post spoilers, and the Mods aren't deleting them unless someone brings in to their attention.

Why has the maximum tilt leader board been locked? It's hardly a spoiler now is it. Nothing about that thread was a spoiler just pics of high scores.
Hope thay take the lock off when maximum tilt is avalable to everyone.

I would say it is a spoiler, it had more posts than just plain scores (I made some of them). People were hinting at what this game was etc etc

yea I see were your comeing from. But still it had spoiler in the title and stuff posted can be found in pritty much most threads with spoiler in the title.
I would like to think that it's locked becuse it's not even ment to be acssesed yet and there for, yes it's a spoiler. But still, no biggy

this is getting rediculous now. it took all day, and a collective effort of alot of users in different countries to get the code, and them some idiots are just free to post it up as if it was them that got it. they may not neccessarily say that, but it gives the impression. like i mentioned before, this Xi forum should have all new threads require approval before being posted, because as it is so readily available in the Hub any idiot can put a message up no problem

While I won't call you an idiot you are wrong with saying you only posted coincidences. Jesses favourite band is a puzzle that is still avalable to people, you posted the answer to that puzzle which is a spoiler without any spoiler warning.

Just because it's an old puzzle does not mean posting the answers isn't a spoiler.

Hi, I was just gettin in to staplers new puzzle, now that the home is down for maintainence or what? I am at a loss! it has become a kind of ritual for me to spend an hour or so in the morning after work, just searching and discovering home, but also as far as i can tell the new puzzle,(3rd butterfly i believe) is a pan european task with members having to gain certain letters from billboards in the real world, this can only be solved with spoilers? right? please can anybody inform me too when uk home will be back up and running? pleease

Yes we would have to work together to find some answers like that one but there's a difference between discussing the clues as you work towards an answer and just posting "The code is ........." in topics. Although it'd probably be best to mark discussion topics for potential spoilers anyway.

As for when Home is back up, Home always goes down for maintenence on Thursdays at around 8 am GMT, but there's never really a set time for it to come up as some weeks can take several hours longer than others.
