I dont think we will get an item or a game. Errors in a beta program are all part of the course, so Sony dont really owe us anything.

It was fixed,..and i was very happy with that,..but since the 18th maintenance...it,s back :smileysad:
Yeah I'm getting the F13 again when I go to my personal spaces. I think apart from the white wall of text client update fiasco in Thylaudax's days, this has got to be one of the most problematic and user unfriendly releases I've ever seen on home. Whoever tests this stuff in closed beta should be embarassed.
Like before, clubhouses seem to be fine.
So far I've cleared cache. and still get the F13....will try some other things and repost if I get any joy :smileyindifferent:
still same error wen is it getting fixed ...dont expect me to buy anyting till it is ....
How's about shutting down Home until that F13 problem is finally solved before even the last loyal homie has left?
I bet that you would sell more of that overpriced stuff that was released lately after a close of Home and a re-opening after a permanent error fix than by insisting to have Home open under the current circumstances.
Of course they are working to resolve it. I don't doubt that they are very well aware of the errors on home. It's just typical Sony to stay schtum about the whole thing.
Good of you to come off your 3 day weekend to let us know. There is still a management team here. That you finally noticed that this F13 and other problems has got your attention. I guess all of the D and C with the other F error messages. Over the last 4 weeks aren't connected somehow. I'm sure your team will find a way to believe that.
While your people have been hiding under there desks for the last month. Laughing on how they care less whether your system here works or not. I just hope the lost revenue will get the attention of the upper management. That watch over you people. So they can somehow realize. Just how much of a shoddy job you people do here. I hope they will sack all of you. Since I believe that's the only way this couldn't happen again.
That is of course whether you people can ever figure out. What is actually causing these error messages. I hope you don't continue with another of one of your quick fixes. Which consisted with rebooting Home. I'm sure your ISP suggested that fix..

Thanks for the heads up. I haven't really been on Home in the past two weeks so I haven't been hit with it. Other than error-tastic Sunday, but my internet was partly to blame.
Ah now I'm done with another round of trophy hoarding I'll load up Home and see what happens.
Activating a companion worked perfectly for me. I tested it (btw. I chose the Axe guardian angel for the test) and had NO F13 while hopping from appartement to appartement like mad.
Thumbs up for that tip.
i finally got into my apartments today , didnt try the companion thing ,maybe all the early hours maintenance they been doing has sorted it
