I have said this before and I will say it again.....
It takes time to Find the cause of the errors and to get a fix working so it doesn't cause more errors, just because you rage at them it wont make them release a patch that may potentially make things worse
I know it take time to find and fix the cause but still after 4 a 5 weeks they must have found the cause if they didn't then wow they really know there stuff NOT and im sorry about my raction but still the point is they need to fix the error.
Try this for the time being, in this order:
1. Delete and reinstall Home.
2. Clear cache as soon as you get back on
3. Change cache size to 5G when you get back on again
4. Go to a public space, open a companion and then go to an apartment
All other apartments are ok too, I even tried without a companion at this point, and it also worked.
Try this out and see how you get on. Goodluck.
All good suggestions. This will be the 6th time in about a year I have cancelled & reinstalled Home now and each time it still only works for a little while without getting an error. Never tried the lowering the cache space though, I'll try that next (again ) And initalizing a "companion" is that the same as something from your Inventory?...interesting, that has an affect.. how?. Always willing to try new ways to make my system work better,
IM GETTING FOR REAL SICK AND TIERD OF THE F-ING F13 EORROR NOW FIX IT SONY

This might be a wild idea, but you could always spend less time on Home until the error is fixed. Do something calming, take up knitting or long walks by the sea...
