Hello!

Since day one, I've been unable to launch PSS Suite on my desktop (Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit) although UI Composer runs fine. I read on other threads that rebooting several times fixed the problem, but it didn't for me. I've also tried running as administrator, and that also didn't help.

When I try to run it, it appears in the task manager for a few seconds before disappearing and nothing further happens, not even an error message.

Any help is appreciated.

Are you able to post us the environment that your running? (OS, Make/Model, Graphics Card)

Hi,

You might be experienceing problems with your 'Platform' system variable.

I tried deleting the Platform variable and restarting, but that doesn't seem to have helped. I also tried running it in compatibiltiy mode for XP SP3 as another thread suggested, but that also doesn't seem to have helped.

Thanks for trying those out. I am following up with my colleagues to see if there are any other possible causes and we'll let you know when we hear more.

Reinstall it. I just had the same problem and reinstalling it fixed it for me. hope i helped

Had the same problem as OP and reinstalling like Goten123 suggested worked for me.
