When you turn on your ps3 and it goes to the main menu, go to the icon that looks like a ps3 controller and it should be there.

There is no Stand alone Product for Dance star party on My UK PSN in PS3 games section.

The only place I can find Dance star content is in the add on section  

 All of them say you need the BD version for this Add on.

 

Name the "exact" product you downloaded and from Which region you are in...

 

YouTube PS3 companion app HD video, NA 1.04/EU 1.00 720p HD Video
( Remote access controll usage, No DS3 used... )
