Loving Move

[ Edited ]

Was slightly sceptical, but convinced it's a great addition. It's never going to replace the PS3 controller, but it's a great addition that opens up ALOT of gaming styles.

For instance, been playing Flight Controller HD and the cursor selection works very well indeed, I can see how a command and conquer style battle game would work and be much more usable than the sixaxis.

Also bought Tumble from the store and lovin it.   Both games for about a tenner is a great deal.   Tried out the demos of Start The Party and Sports Champions and also very good.

The only negative so far, is that I am still waiting for the delivery of the 2nd controller from Play.com.   It's the last time I am ordering any hardware from them, as they now use Home Delivery Network, and the "local" depot is 50 miles away, and they won't redeliver to my work.   Ended up rejecting delivery on DSR and will buy one from ASDA instead.    A word of warning to those ordering fron play.com and expecting Royal Mail.....

As fro games, check out this list.   Rather Impressive...

I feel for ya - Home Delivery Network are the worst logistics company I've ever encountered. Their staff are also some of the rudest and common I've come across - feel free to sl@g them off to their faces.

You should download the demo for RUSE, its an RTS game like Command & Conquer is and it supports the Move controller.

Without doubt the best RTS game on any console.

Funny because I think the exact opposite, for example Tiger Woods from now on will always have Move as a control option.  Dead Space 2 is going to have Move control (at least in the free Dead Space: Extinction game anyway)

MAG is going to be getting a patch to give it Move controls fairly soon, and then obviously we have Little Big Planet 2 getting released next year, as well as Killzone 3.

For me I think as long as the developers can put Move controls in to a game fairly easilly, then there is no reason why they wouldnt put Move controls in.  It wouldnt cost them much more and it may even give them more sales.  For example I for one will be getting Dead Space 2 on the PS3 even though I played the original on the 360.

Re: Loving Move

i really do hope it gets a lot of support, not just add ons but exculsive move games to. i see what u mean about dead space 2 as i to will be getting for ps3 just because of extraction being included.

i cant see devs being bothered weather or not someone buys it on a particular console but if they add move support within DLC or limited editions then that would generate extra income certainly making it worthwhile.
