MY NAVIGATION CONTROLLER won't work

haven't seen this problem yet on the forums and have been looking a while and what has happened is it switches on, lets you press the buttons at the start yet once ou get into a game such  as MAG or the playstation move heroes demo, it totaly shuts down. this means cant move around or do anything for that matter. it is really annoying and could someone help ASAP

Turn off PS3

Disconnect any USB controllers.

This includes

Buzz controllers 

Sing star Mics

Mouse.

Keyboard.

Steering wheels.

 

Turn on PS3 via stand buy button.

Now turn on NAV controller first and then Move 

Nav controller should now be assigned as controller 6 

Move as controller 7. 

 

Launch the game again using the Nav.

enjoy.
