Hello everyone,
First time poster with an intriguing problem for all you techies.....
Just bought a Killzone/sharpshooter set up and I am enjoying it immensely but, it seems that when i slot the move controller into the sharpshooter, both the x and o buttons on my nav controller show my weapon swap options, instead of the "interactions" option in-game, (opening doors, turning wheels). I have to press those buttons on the move controller itself but, when i pause the game the buttons work as in choosing options.
Ok. it's not the end of the world but, when you pay good money for a controller to give you an immersive experience, you expect it to work. I have tried a different move controller, wiping all controllers from my ps3 and re-syncing but to no avail.
Any solutions would be greatly received.
Thank you.

So people can fault find.
Can you confirm you are using...
1 the BD retail version with single player
Or
2 The PSN multi player version only.
and
3 That you have all other controllers like Buzz, Singstar, Steering wheel, disconnected from USB ports
4 That you have the latest patch
5 Controllers are assigned to
The nav controller has No config options or button mapping unlike the Move when used in the sharp shooter as the nav controller just sits in a place holder..

Okay,
It is a BD disc retail. No other usb devices apart from camera. As for a patch, the ps3 is latest 4.2 and when i first started the game, it did the usual install/update routine, so i assume it is the latest patch.
Now, the controllers where synced as follows;
DS3 no 1.
Nav controller as no.2
Move as 7.
I changed nav controller to 6, but i still encountered the same problem.
Hope this helps.

If you remove the move from the Sharp shooter With out Turning the MOVE off what config layout does the Nav controll go on.
What version update is the Killzone game patched too the number is on the Game Data info in the game data folder.

I removed the move controller "in-game" and found that the nav controller x and o buttons unfortunately stay as they are, bringing up the weapon switch option.
As for the game version, it is 1.14.

Ok the removal of move from the sharpshooter shows that the sharpshooter is not the cause of the nav controller mis config problem.
If the sharpshooter was the cause of the Nav controller fault. it should have changed config after the Move was removed from the sharp shooter.
Can not help from here as I was hoping it was the sharp shooter but its not. so im out of ideas as to why the Nav controller is not on the default config.

Ok, thanks for your help and suggestions. I'll leave this open for anyone else for a few days and try to re-sync.
Not the end of the world.
Cheers.
