If you want to change where you want to shoot, press the ps move button, a circle shows up on screen with directions, hold the T button and aim towards the direction you want to move to.
The putting line which uses your focus can be seen by pressing square on the ps move controller (i think its square, check the bottom right corner and it says, putting line)

You have to use either a navcon or the dualshock to navigate the menus, once your into the game go into the options and tell it to use the motion controler (thats what I did anyway) then go and start a game of gold as normal. When your standing on the first tee it will then ask you to point the move control at the camera and press select (why select? every other game uses the "move" button)
As I said in my impression of the game with move, you have to use both the move controler and either a navcon or a dualshock, you cant just use the move.

When playing the actual game of golf, you can use just the move.
To move where you want to hit the ball, you can press the move button and then a cirlce pops up with 4 directions up down left right, hold the trigger button and point to which way you want to move.
What about when your trying to putt and you want to check the putting line, to do this you need to press the L1 (or is it L2, not sure) either way for that you need the navcon/dualshock 3

No you can just use the PS Move, if you look in the bottom corner it says putt preview square button
