Or outside EU? (Amazon.com won't send it to the EU)

The red version is just damn ugly!

when i preordered mine from amazon it was grey, does this now mean i will recieve the red one?.

if u ordered gray it should b gray if it arrives and its red send it back

If the EU site uses a EU supplier it will be RED. Only sites that specify US version will supply US colours. (Amazon Have been a round long enough to have small print about preview image being a preview image only.
The site above Has a UK address for legal reasons. their date of release being later than UK would seam to state that, thats a shipping delay or just a mistake untill to actual release people are not going to know what they have.

You can't buy imitation weapons, toy guns, in the UK unless they are orange or red in colour. So no UK supplier should sell these or they risk being "done"

Also if you carried it in the street on the way back from the shop you risk being shot by a short sighted police sniper

Wrong over 18 members of a toy gun sites and gun clubs are allowed Black toy guns. its just SCEE dies not want to go through the legal system to sell black guns.
Yes you cant use them in public non licensed areas. Private land and licensed areas only. In public during transportation they must remain unloaded and in a box.
Paintball and Air soft members can shoot for practice on private land. You have to attend one licensed event and get your license.
