ps3 move buttons not working

ps3 buttons on my move controller have stopped working. I am able to switch on PS3 using the PS button on the move controller but after that none of the buttons respond. 

If I enter into the game using the other controller, on the calibration screen the ball starts blinking but no buttons respond. Can somebody help me fix this problem?

My ps3 is just 3 days old and I have played only couple of hours so far.

it started working after pressing the reset button

hey i m also facing the same problem can u tell me hw to fix it and which is the reset button..???

The reset button is in the hole buy the botton left screw on the back of the Move controller...

Its in the same place on all devices...Move or Nav controller
