just ordered myself a copy of resi move edition as it was only 15 quid on shopto....my question is.....if i give my existing copy of the original (not gold edition) resident evil 5 to my gf.....can we play online together? or will only the gold edition work with other gold editions?

yer you can play together online but your other half can only play with the DS3 if she is playing the orig game

yeh that's cool.....she doesn't have the move yet anyways (and i don't think she has the room in her place.....hell, i had to move my room about to give me the space, and her rooms half the size of mine haha). but yeah, that's great thanks was gonna trade the old one in at cex, and swap for the gold edition, but realised that i'd still owe them like £15.....for a second hand game......then i saw it on shopto, so now i get a rband new one for the same price and i get to keep the original one for my gf can't wait to try resi with the move

lemme get some practise first lol but yar, would be cool to play with someone else who's using move tho......does it tell you if they other plays are using it or does it just treat everyone as equals?

oh right kool no worrie did take me some time to get used to it mainly the nav controll but shouldnt take ya long . No it dont so i aint to sure if i have come across someone playing with that set up

can you use the moves gun attachment, or does it not use the move that way ?only im thinking of getting it but not sure if its worth it

It's useless for RESI 5 there are to many buttons on the move that are needed.
And the tigger arms stuff like grenades. equipment. fixed gun emplacements. Holding down the face buttons for a long time is not as easy as the trigger. Same reason the run button is moved to the Nav controller triggers or the DS3 shoulder buttons, as you will be holding then down for quite a bit.

No problem
It's not an on rails light gun game. (I won't be buying those I still have a PS2 wired up) It's a full on action game but move makes it much more fun. Also taking my hit rate from 33% to >92% on some levels. Just to much fun to shoot the barrows or it would always be above 60%.
