i have the error code 80023102 im gonna say whats on all are minds psn ur a pile of s##T !!!!!!!. might aswell by an xbox at least they get treated right. ur all scum at psn

Quite a few of us in the same boat only started to happen early hours this morning for me. Complete joke.

Tried adding funds via the PS3, Vita and online account tried 3 different cards, triple checked all my info and still nothing. I know my cards work fine as I've made a few purchases on amazon without any issue.

If there is an issue with visa or mastercard I'm sure we would have know about it.

Sony ***** is going? Do you not want any money from us? Have you been hacked again...please let us the f*ck know.

i could browse the store and go all way to confirm purchase, once after that i was given an error and i tried almost like 3 to 4 cards all of them are same.

I can´t download Euro 2012 and i have NEVER purchased anything from the store accept free stuff.

Im getting the same error code now when i try to download from ps plus section and check other parts of the store. Im also gettiing connection timed out.

I think the PlayStation Store is/was being updated which would explain your error. Try again later

I'm gettin the same error. I recently bought PS+ just fine with my credit card. After that I went head and deativated all my ps3 that my account was on. I went back on my main ps3, reactivated my account on there, and bam i'm getting this error as well. I know my credit card is valid and all the info is corect. It was working before i deactived my accounts on my systems, now it doesn't work at all.
