AOL and dns numbers

hi..
may be a thick question but ive been trying to gt the primary and secondary DNS numbers from AOL but the keep saying they cant as they are automatic. Sony say they should have them and to ask for a manager. Anyone else have them or know if AOL should be able to give them to me? Are they the same for all AOL users????
Cheers
