Add Gmail Friends or Similar!

Hi

Is there is no way of finding out if my "real" friends, as in people I went to school with or play sport with, have a PSN through searching email clients or facebook et cetera?

I would really like an option to, say, combine "Add A Friend" with something other than knowing their PSN ID.

I don't see why they can not combine a search function like facebook et cetera to find people registered on PSN through my Gmail client?

i.e.: "Please enter your Gmail address and we will search our servers to see if any of your friends are registered... please wait... bingo!"

I hate running after people trying to note down their PSN which is usually quite complicated.

Agree?

Re: Add Gmail Friends or Similar!

Someone at Sony, please listen to the guy above.. I'd like to know who in my facebook, or gmail list is also on fb. The gmail API is not hard to code against.. hell I could do it in a couple of hours.
