Re: Adding Funds - Credit card info not valid

So far no luck what so ever, we're still waiting on bambaroo to get back to us from bringing up this issue with people who can see to it, I'm just hoping it gets sorted out as soon as possible because there's a few games I want and until I can add funds to my wallet, as with others, we won't be able to purchase them until they sort this, although you'd think they would be onto an issue like this right away, which they may already be on, who knows, fingers crossed though that they get back to us on it as soon as possible :smileyhappy:

Re: Adding Funds - Credit card info not valid

I think this is Sony's end.

In the 100s of online transactions I've made this is the first time I was ever declined.. and the fact it declined with two separate UK banks leads me to believe the format of the transaction is the problem.

Worringly if you check online this is not a recent occurence.. there's lots of frustrated users out there with no real answers given. I've decided to buy PSN cards instead.

Re: Adding Funds - Credit card info not valid

Hi chaps, i gotta say, this is a new one on me. My 'wallet' has been funded using the same visa debit card for years, with no problems. Last night i try to add a fiver and my card details are invalid? They were perfectly valid when i added funds for new Joe Danger costumes and a dynamic theme, a couple of weeks back. If this isn't sorted out lickety-split then all my Xmas monies will be heading towards the XBL marketplace, and i can't imagine that sony would be entirely happy about that...

Re: Adding Funds - Credit card info not valid

OK, i managed to add funds just fine earlier this evening. There must have been some kind of banking systems snarl-up. Hope its sorted for everyone else too... :smileywink:

Re: Adding Funds - Credit card info not valid

It looks like Sony have been fixing things. Tried again last night to update my card and it worked first time. Exactly the same details I've been trying to put in for the past 2 weeks.
