You can use a Turkey bank card only on a Turkey PSN account.

Depends where your PSN account is registered. As an example, you live in Turkey but you have an account registered to the UK store then it won't work. You need to live in the UK to be able to buy from there.

If that's not the case then you have to make sure the details you input are exactly the same as your bank details.

I am also having the same issue when I try to register my debit card. My account is Turkish and my card is from Turkish Is Bankasi. It looks like the address infromation is not the case because when I tried to register that card on PC it said that credit card number is not valid. Anyone has any advice?

Btw, I've made online purchases with this card on other online stores and everything worked fine. Also this cards have 3D secure stuff. Whne I make any online purchase, I get an SMS on my phone with 6 digit code to confirm it.
