Hi, I have some questions.

1)If I buy a game from the store and then delete it, is there a way to get it back(without paying )
2)Do those PSN network cards work everywhere (in all countries)?
3)Can I change my PSN email address?

1) Yup, go to the Store and top right there's an icon to "View Downloads". Click that, select the game and download.

2) I presume they're region locked

3) Dunno, give it a try?

As above, though I'm sure that theres a limit to the number of times (5?) you can download without having to pay again.

To change your email address go to account manager - account information - sign in ID (email address). You can change your address there and then press confirm.
