Hi im having a problem downloading Disgaea 3: Abscence of Detention on my vita. well the Disgaea icon popped up already in my notifications bar after purchasing it from PSN store, but i could'nt start its download. Im trtying for almost 1 week and im hoping the green bar shows up.. it always gives me this status (could not download (E-80103a26) can someone please help me? im reall frustrated...
