I just want to be kept upto speed and in both of the other two threads there are 41 pages in one and 20 pages in the other and no doubt still counting. Its impossible to find just the relevant information.

So if we could have a locked topic with just the updates on the PSN status, it would be much appreciated.

Sony seriously need to work on their communication skills.

An update yesterday with "we are working on it, lolz sorry!" is not good enough.

Why is it down?

What is preciely down, because eg. updating games with patches is not.

What is the current status?

What is the expected ETA?

Should we be aware of something?

This is pretty much standard for companies providing a vital service to their customer. Eg. ISP, Hosting providers, Phone companies and so on, updates which such information.

I'm not missing PSN to be honest. I do agree that it would be nice to have a regular update on the current situation.

But at the end of the day, it will be up, when it's up... and no sooner!
