I think there are two problems occurring here.

1. People leave the store after downloading the welcome pack but before selecting two free games, in which case, follow the FAQ instructions as helpfully reposted here by DNAtlantic in message number 4 of this thread.

2. People click on two games but error messages stop them from downloading, in which case the store has registered your selection but not allowed you to download it (due to the overload of the store's servers). Simple solution: go to the 'my downloads' section of the store (one of the four buttons in the top right hand corner of every page) and you should find both of your free games waiting for you to redownload them, now and forever afterwards.

There's also the third scenario which i'm suffering from.

- Only DL'd 1 game before the PSN error'd

- Check TRansaction Management > Services and it tells me I have zero free downloads remaining.

- Check DL history and it only lists the one game I selected

Now been told I have to ring the premium rate customer helpline number to get this sorted... Last time I rang this number I was on the line for 22 minutes and it cost me roughly double what I would have pay to go out and actually buy this 'free' game.

Yet another joke in the PR circle that Sony haven't even bothered to set up a free phone number for this whole mess.
