Changing countries and dlc addons

ok heres my question, i have a ps3 from the u.s i have a region two mortal kombat game i am trying to download the classic skin dlc pack for the game from where i live in amman jordan, i purchased the pack from ps store and tried every thing and but game wont recognize the dlc. any info would be appreciated.

Most DLC is region locked, so the regionwhere the game is from is where you have to buy the DLC from.
