I recently bought the ACR SA from game, then I used media go to redeem the code (as I was using my laptop at the time) and I assumed everything to be fine. When I later went onto my ps3 to download the content it wasn't in my downloaded list, however the Uplay passport that I redeemed afterwards is in the list. I have checked my account transaction history and it is shown there (purchased 7-12-2011).

As you did it through the web site it might treat as a pc code rather than a ps3.

It's best to do it through the ps3 in future to save any aggro

Check  your services list on your PS3. The ACR content codes activate a service that is paired with your account. There is nothing to download. The content is on the disc. Once a code has been activated on an account it can only be used by that very account. The content becomes available as you progress through the game. Pre-order MP characters must be used in the MP tutorial first in order to unlock them for regular MP use.

I've had a similar problem but I entered the code via the game link to the PSN Store code redemption page (as instructed by the code leaflet), however, while the code is no longer valid and it's use is listed in the Sevices List, none of the extra content appears in game.

I've already [spoiler] found the book in Sofia Sartor's shop/house which is supposed to make Vlad's Prison avalible on the map (according to AC's wikia) and explore the Hagia Sofia, the other Hiddent Tomb in the game, and the MP characters are not listed for selection - not even in the tutorial.

I have redeemed my AC Revelations Collector's Edition code, like everyone else it did not download anything but instead appears under my services list.

In multiplayer, neither the introductory sessions or training ground show up my multiplayer characters to even allow them to be unlocked if it is as you said. The characters do not appear anywhere that I have seen. The knight character is there however...

Anyone manage to get the jester/crusader characters to show up?

got the exact same problem with the exeption that i did through the playstation store code redemtion, the code appears on the transaction list but not on the download

dude u made my day ^^v i thought i cant access it forever coz i redeem it on psn not on the ingame extras exclusive....so yeah i made a mistake redeeming it coz i was excited preparing the DLC's tnx for the help bro...
