Re: Deactivating Game Media using the Online Portal

it is said "The family of Sony Entertainment Network services is not available in your country/region."

russians don't have a right to deactive games and consoles, so if my ps3 burns out 5 times, i will have to create a new account. very good, sony.

To deactivate just one system you will need to do it via the console itself. If you don't have it then you must deactivate all your consoles and reactivate the ones you wish to keep after.

Only press a wrong button at the wrong time and get error code 80029780 then everything on that account is none accessible for a week until it re sets itself.

Sony are stabbing their loyal family customers in the back - We have 3 PS3s and 4 PSPs all on the same IP address and all registered with Sony. Why can't we use them at the same time anymore. NOT BUYING THE VITA.

Re: Deactivating Game Media using the Online Portal

GB,

A yaer ago, we had some other website we used to use to login to control our account management from the PC.  The older version had something for "Services" where if we clicked it, we would be able to retrieve information for our services that we are sign-up for and we would also get a fancy lttle picture of our games that we would buy from the PSN store.....but i can not find these pictures.  I'd like to make some posts using the pictures, but I can not find the pictures.  Any help would be appreciated.

thanks, kt

Fear not for this feature is still available in the new portal. Once you login, click "Media" from the top menu then "Games" from the side menu. This will bring up all the game-related content you have on your account. Simply click on an item to bring up the "Product Details" window and get the product picture from there.

Here's an example of the full size image you can get:

Re: Deactivating Game Media using the Online Portal

If I have content that can be used on up to 5 PS3's how do I get it to work on my 3 ps3's as it will only allow me to activate 2 consoles? An example of this is the GT5 family pass.

Re: Deactivating Game Media using the Online Portal

Can I guess that if I activate the content on my account on one of my PS3s and then deactivate my account on the console but leave the account there that the content will continue to work and only needs to be active to activate the content itself? Again, any sort of reply with a view to providing a clear answer would be greatly appreciated.
