Deactivating

Hello, I have an old Playstation that has broke. I am wondering if i can deactivate online?  I found an option to deactivate all consoles but then i am worried about lossing all content and wont be able to get it back?

If anyone knows if you can pick certain ones out or can get the content back after deactivating all consoles please let me know?

Thanks

Re: Deactivating

Hi. You can use the SEN site to deactivate your consoles. Once you've done that you can reactivate your working console without losing anything.

Re: Deactivating

If it's broke, chose deactivate all. This will remotely deactivate every console associated with the account. You then log in on the ones you want. Go to account management and activate them again :smileyhappy: Content will work again once they're reactivated :smileyhappy:

*This only applies to games. Video activation must be done via the console or customer support.

Re: Deactivating

Yes. If they're not already downloaded onto your working console, just go into Account Management > Transaction Management > Download List. You can redownload them from there.

You can also redownload them from the PS Store, just click the Download List on the top right of the store's screen. :smileyhappy:
