I keep getting the 8002AD23 error and I get disconnected from PSN after 1min or so. I´m currently living in a dorm, multiple PC´s connected to the same router to which I don´t have the password.I can however log on to the router as an user,so I cannot change any setting. I noticed DMZ was on for a certain IP, so I just changed my ps3´s IP to that one.The problem is, that IP is assigned to another pc as well, so I keep getting kicked off PSN for that reason, I assume.

Any fixes to this?

If the ip in dmz was aready set then it was done by someone else for what ever they use.

You would have to reassign your ps3 a fresh ip & change the one in dmz to match the ip you pick for your ps3.
