Hi All,

Is anybody else having problems getting into the edit online profile section in "Account Management"

Everytime I try to get into it, it says "An error has occured (8002AE15)". Absolutely every other aspect of my online is working correctly, PS Store etc.

Scrap that, it now works perfectly fine after leaving it. Must have just been a fault on the network

Well, the OP waited and it fixed itself, though you could use the website instead, here
