Hi,

I recently had to buy a new PS3 since my old one died on me, I bought the new one and installed my 500GB harddrive but had to reformat the drive and lost all my saves n games etc.

Now I created mine and my girlfriends accounts again and signed in to our playstation network using our usual log in IDs but she can download all the games she previously bought etc before the first playstation 3 broke but when I go to my download list in on my account it says Error Code 80023102.

I tried reupdating my address and credit card but still no luck. When I went to download one of the games through the store that I knew I had it I click the 'Download' button but then it says

"The software has already been purchased, Press [Download] to download it."

It has the little red bag icon next to the game so it knows I already own it I just seem to be totally stuck at redownloading it.

Also I can download new DLC or demos or games without any problems it just everything I got before my first playstation 3 broke that I can't get.

Any help?

I've had the same problem went to download a film took my money from my wallet but can't get the film came up with error code 80023102 HELP!!!!

I just rented a movie but cant download it also my download list shows error as well. I cant download anything at all from the store.

don't worry, it's not specific to you, it seems everyone, EVERYWHERE is experiencing this crap.

so don't worry, just get really ***** off with sony instead

I have been looking at alot of these things and i seem to see they are all with people that have PSN+ accounts i have the same problem and i got a PSN+ account. 

So who has this same issue and got a PSN+ if this still happens to you and you dont have a PSN+ also let us know

its just happened to me to... i dont have any other accounts exept this 1... wanna download COD elite but it wont lt me.. just comes up with that 80023102 error..????

Same thing here, won't let me download any new things I pay for or that are free. Also no access to download list on my main account. I don't have PS+.

It was fine before the maintenance.

It also works fine if I switch accounts.

im having the same problem.. we pay alot of money into this so playstation should do something about this.. i want 2 download my game or give me my money back..
