someone help !!!
for the last 5 weeks i have not been able to play RFOM online due to the fact that when i try to download the update for the game i get a network error message . ive opened all ps3 and RFOM ports but still no luck . i also tried putting the ps3 ip address in the dmz . i would really appreciate your help .

Also... I have put these codes together from my own knowledge and from other sources, so im sorry if i cant find yours.

Hm, Network error...

Have you run the check on the PS3 again to make sure everything is sucessful. i.e the ip address, connecting to teh internet ect?

Hiya ive just got an error code while loading the new firmware the code is 8002F994 ,what should i do ????
I got the "8002F994" error when Downloading the 1.80 firmware, Its not anything to do with the console I don’t think, because I retried and it Downloaded fine next time, I have a feeling it might be to do with a bad / Weak internet connection. But I don’t really know

Also I have (sorta) worked out what the "8013013D" error is, I was getting it all the time when I had a WPA-PSK (TKIP) key on my Wireless internet, but as soon as I put it onto a WEP key it connects fine. So the "8013013D" error is something to do with WPA keys. Possibly a time out when checking the Key or something similar to the "8013013E" error. Can anyone else verify this?

Same here, it was working when i bought it and few weeks ago when i checked it out (nothing has changed) i got that error.

It's really weird , SSID broadcasting is ON.

Someone knows what's going on?

Ok Basically your PS3 needs an IP Address to connect to the network and the ip needs to be different to every other on on the network.

You will need to put the info in manually so if you go:

Start
run
cmd
ipconfig/all
right click
select all
Ctrl + C
Paste back to me
I will tell you what to put in your PS3./
