You're kidding?  What are SCEE playing at??  Are they just doing this for the fun of it, or do they diliberately want to treat European gamers like crap, by releasing games that are nothing like "classics" on the PSN?

First Winney the Pooh, later Lilo and Stitch and now Peter Pan, what’s next? Mickey Mouse?

Does SCEE think we’re a bunch of idiots or something?

scee seem to have a deal going with disney by the looks of it, they release a little mermaid, hercules, winnie the pooh, a bugs life, and peter pan and so on... but what i cant understand is how they are releasing disney games with relative ease almost on a weekly basis! but when it comes to games from capcom, konami, eidos,& square enix it takes them so long its annoying!!??

Re: European PsOne Classics @ PSN; Totally a joke!

What annoys me is, they keep saying "we have to cater for families too"...

Oh I don't dispute that. It's great that they're showing interest in getting cheap games out for the younger players... but whats good for the goose, is good for the gander. How about SCEE look after the people who actually WANT these classics in the first place, as well as these family gamers?

I mean, it's been nothing but catering for families for months now, with MGS being the only PS1 game worth looking at...

It's wrong, and that excuse is crap. As they're catering ONLY for the family players at the moment, with the endless disney titles.. or at least for the past few months they have been. Is it the turn for those who actually want these classics yet?

And as for the publishers not submitting stuff. My arse SCEE can't chase the titles people would want. Yes, ultimately it IS the publishers decision on what goes up. But SCEE could cetainly lend a  very large helping hand in getting them there.

I wish everyone would stop complaining about game releases on the EU PS Store. Mike Kebby has stated many times in the comments section of the PS Store Heads Up posts that "IT'S UP TO THE PUBLISHERS TO SUBMIT A GAME FOR RELEASE ON PS STORE!!"

So can people stop moaning about SCEE? It's not their fault unless they are the publisher for the game. If Disney Interactive want to release a game on PS Store, that's up to them and Sony's not going to stop them as they get licensing money from the game.  So if your going to blame someone BLAME THE GAME'S PUBLISHER!! In the case of Final Fantasy 8, it's Square Enix's fault NOT SCEE!!

Woho, Peter Pan!!! =D ........ T_T

Why Europe sucks:

America = One country , One Law (Besides that Texas likes killing people with lethal-needles and Washington dosnt)
Europe = Many countries, Many Laws.

You do the math.

When a game is to be released in the US , it has to go through one board probally. In the EU, it has to go through one for each country, and Sony, ofc, wants the game to hit most countries. Hence, America, gets more things, and faster.

That's at least my theory, not flawless, but a theory - it is! :smileytongue:

But, I totally agree.
By today, I own 40 PS3 games, on discs. + probally 30 on PSN.
And frankly, I'm getting tired of not getting what we deserve. Talking about both PSN Updates , and Firmwares.
One of Sony's marketing themes are "Playstation 3, It only does Everything" - Fail...
I wish that EU would get some nice PSN updates soon, cause SCEE is continuing to disappoint.
Remember, SCEE ruined SWG T_T xD (*****, I miss that game)

And off-topic ofc, Sony in general, should really get some GOOD firmware updates going, Not some lame Facebook updates which are 90% useless T_T

Just my 2 cent of the dime.

I totally agree! Neither about firmwares, nor the PSN games, Sony is not serious at all!

Mike Kebby is the same one that says things like: "next week will be a mamoth update" etc... yeah right... we're still waiting...
