To be fair to the OP...the game has been slated in many reviews for been horribly buggy and glitchy...just because a few others are not getting it doesn't mean it is a problem, check the internet at other forum sites shows others are getting these issues.

As for refunds, I really doubt it. All you can hope is that they patch it.

Best wait till it is reviewed before you buy games especially PSN games.

I am still waiting to play Skyrim & Silent Hill HD collection as I refuse to play them in their current states...once patched I'll then start.

You can get refunds ( IF deemed ) worthy for a refund.
