Remember everything revolves around the Americans and not the whole world 
They only state when its first available to download which is usually for NA, then we just have to wait until it rolls out to the rest of the world which can either be that same week, or a few weeks later, or never!

jeez man Moriarty1975 fair play thanks a lot for that 
downloaded last night (well this morning after work) and all I can say is this game has massive potential , I was never into fps before and I have to say I really enjoy this game its a lot of fun . Definitely gonna get the full release and as far as i found out its due for feb. release so definitely worth a look
