HTTP status code: 0 <<< wth?

hi, i tried logging into psn last night after a long break, and it updated to version 4.3, then i try and accept the terms of service, which does not load and after 10 secs or so it says: Service error, HTTP status code: 0.

 

so what the hell do i do? im confused and wasted an hour trying to fix it

 

im on BT broadband if that helps
