Help with funding! Please.

Well I'll start off by saying it's partly my fault and partly Sony's fault for letting idiots like me do something like this.

I'm on my newish account trying to download the stimulus pack, it's not working and it says my detials are wrong. So I go to my old account, which has all 5 accounts activated on it (all accoutns are on broken ps3s) so I check the details and see if the credit card works on that account. I try adding funds and it gives me the error code, so I go back and try on the newer account I mentioned earlier.

I then notice I've been charged for the maps on my old account, so I go to the recent downloads and find the right BLES code and have a go at downloading, it gives me the error message telling me to deactivate an account.

So, if I can't redeem content from my old account, why do they let me buy it? And why did it take money out 3 hours after trying to purchase? I'm now £11 down, and I've rang Sony up twice to get my account cleared.

Help please. And yes, I feel like an idiot.

Please use plain text.

Ring them up and get some of your old ps3s deactivated.
