Hi all,

Can anyone advise how I can deactivate an old playstation so that I can rent movies from PSN.

I no longer have this ps3 due to it's premature death but it is linked and considered activated to my PSN account.  I attempted to rent a movie from the video store but after taking my money (nice) it will not allow me to download and access the content.

Without the old PS3 how do I allow PSN to recognise that my new refurbished PS3 is the only one I own?

Any help would be great.

phone sony lol.. althouth the idiots wouldn't deactivate my accounts..

i've had 6 ps3's so i've lost all the stuff i've paid for.. my advice would be rent from a shop..
