Hi,

I was emailed by Sony to say once PSN is back up and running I would receive some goodies including two full games. PSN is now up and running again but there's no mention of my Welcome Back Pack anywhere. I looked in the Services List - as suggested by someone on this forum - but no mention.

I cannot find how to contact Sony about this either.

Most irritating!

Any advice gratefully received.

I still dont get why people dont get this,, all you have ot do is print off the page and take it to you local Sony store.

Seems implausible that a digital download is only available by printing a page and going to a 'local Sony store' (whatever that is).

Why would they write in the email that you should download your Pack from the PSN?

The Welcome Back package was available for one month it finished weeks ago if you missed it you missed it , It's now finished.You had a month to avail of it.

Yesterday is the first time I've been able to get on PSN for months though. Shutting down the offer while people still cannot access the network is a bit mercenary. I suppose it saves them a few dollars though - smooth move, Sony.

why have you not been able to get on the network, psn has been back up for ages now, sony notofied everybody through email and online that the welcome back package was going to be available for 1 month and then that is that.

30days is more than enough to allow people to get the games, exactly how long did you want them to wait?

yeah i agree with you KaiBosh23. i only got back on today, july 25. it sucks but you know, lifes life. they should do this deal thing agian next year or something when everyone is back on PSN.

it wasnt a deal thing it was a gesture from sony for our inconvienence

it wont be back next year
