If I was playing a third party game like call of duty and using FOUL LANGUAGE and DEROGATORY terms, could I get banned?  How would sony determine if I was using the FOUL LANGUAGE and DEROGATORY terms?  As far as I know they don't record all voice chat in the games

if someone reports it then yes u could get banned

and if u r using derogatory remarks then u would deserve it

They would not just ban someone from one report, they would ban someone from multiple reports. That way they know it's not someone messing about.

again, if I really wanted to screw with someone, I could get a few friends together and have them all report him.

As far as I know IW, Activision and Sony don't record voice comms. If that's the case there would be no evidence and with no evidence no action can be taken.

You sound like your only out to disrupt other peoples pleasures playing online.

If you stick to the T&Cs then you have no worries about being banned. If you don't then I hope the banhammer comes a crashing down
