How long?

roughly how long do you have to wait for them to put you through to an adviser when phoning about troubles reseting password? because last time i tried i still wasnt put through by 25 minutes in. is that normal?

They are extremley busy at the moment you are not the only one having problems so yes it will take a while!

i understand that and im willing to wait as long as it takes, but i dont want to wait for ages just to find out that its not working.

should there be any noises or anything to indicate that you are on hold, because i get through all the options about what kind of support i need and then it beeps on and off for some time before going into a long beep for some time then silence. is that whats supposed to happen?

Yes - typically intensely annoying music, frequently interrupted by disingenuous claims that the company is sorry for the delay and cares passionately about you as a customer. Although obviously not enough to employ more staff in their call centre.
