i signed in, looking foward to trying little big planet for free! but i was dissapionted to find that i cant!

i got the welcome package, then the playstation plus and then went to have a look at what game i wanted, i put the two games i wanted in the basket and then went to download burnout first. when i went back to get my two games they werent there and the welcome back package wasnt either. im worried  

please if anyone one else has had a similar problem could they tell me.

I have the same problem! I went to install 1 of the games it told me to install something else first, the an error then crashed and came up with an error and there are no games to choose from.

I have the exact same problem, I added all the stuff to my basket / cart...to download at the end, and when I went back the free games weren't there, and I couldn't download them

can anyone help?

some else said to do this 

Log into your PlayStation Network account and choose Account Management > Transaction Management > Services List

Choose “PlayStation Network Promotions” from the list of services displayed

Select either “PS3 Free Games” or “PSP Free Games” and then choose “Select Content”

there are many many many other threads, a lot of people have had the same issue.

Q: I no longer have the option to choose my free Welcome Back games. What can I do?
A: If you navigate away from the Welcome Back section of the store without choosing your free games or exit the store completely you may need to follow the below in order to choose and download your free games.

1. On your PlayStation 3 or PlayStation Portable navigate to the PlayStation Network icon on the XMB
2. Log into your PlayStation Network account and choose Account Management > Transaction Management > Services List
3. Choose “PlayStation Network Promotions” from the list of services displayed
4. Select either “PS3 Free Games” or “PSP Free Games” and then choose “Select Content”

You will be taken to the store to choose your remaining free games.

you might get an error code but be patient and it'll work

I tried going on to account management and service list and my psp says "no content found"

Can anybody help me?

Hello everyone...

I have some different problem...i downloaded the first game and for some reason when i downloaded the second one,it stopped at 79%...

I received a message for error,and that i had to log off and log in again...i did it but when i tried to download the game,i received a message that i already downloaded 2 games.

Is there a solution or a contact mail to report my problem?
