If you mean the funds in your online wallet. No.  Funds are non-transferable.

Re: If I make a new P. Network user, will I still have my credits?

If you have bought things from your old Id then on most occasions (there are a few rare exceptions) they will be available to use on that Ps3 for any user installed on it, Provided that the purchasing account (or owner) is still active on the machine.

If you deactivate or delete the user Id that made purchases they will no longer be available.

As for deleting the account you cant, all you can do is delete the user from your machine (but if you want access to it's purchases then I wouldn't)

So if I got it rigth. I will still have the downloaded things I bougth until my current user is deleted? So I will miss Joe`s adventures on Mafia 2 and Local Justice pack on Max Payne 3?
