Been trying for ages now... Keep getting stuck at the same place, every time. I've canceled it multiple times and it keeps getting stuck there, nowhere else... The XMB gets really laggy when it gets stuck too... Really weird.

i have this same issue... and nobody here wants to help. im assuming its just the servers but i dont know for sure

Mine is at 90% and its still going.

It's just going really slow! Its taken around 12 hours today to get to 70% but on the plus side its just done another 5% in a matter of minutes. The download will speed up as the network gets less congested.

Leave it running overnight and you should have your free games by the morning. It's not ideal but it seems everyone wants Infamous! LBP was done in minutes.

EDIT:

Since posting this and leaving my PS3 alone it has shot up another 10% in as many minutes. Should have the game soon, patience is the key!

No the thing is, it worked fine at my friends house, downloading EVERYTHING else worked fine here, going to 67% has worked fine (~600-800kb/s) but it just completely stops at 67%, same amount of MB no matter how fast/slow it goes. Really weird...

Just finished downloading it here, slow but never stopped. Installing now, fingers crossed I don't get the 8 mins of play then cut off as some have posted.

Wow, now thats slow internetz I got it downloaded in about 2hours at around 8pm the day the WelcomePack arrived. 

As for the "cut off's", I haven't had a cut off since I began playing it. I'm already at the 18th number I think... (You see it when you save the game. "5.")

Downloaded no problem. It took about 1hr. The only problem was the store kept coming up with errors. And it's still not fixed.

That must be your broadband Modern-Rock. If you sign out of PSN your download for the game still goes on.
