Incorrect email address sign-in ID

[ Edited ]

Right I'll make this as easy as I can because it is a bit of wierd situation to be in.

I got online about over a week ago, registered the PSN account via the PS3, added some funds and it was all good.

Today I swapped out the hard drive (no backup as there wasn't much on the original HD) and after a bit of trouble formatted the new drive and re-entered all the info.

I then proceeded to enter the PSN ID and password and that's where it's all gone wrong.

I've obviously registered the email address wrong, to prove this I've set up this account on what should have been the original ID's email address.

So now I'm wondering if it is at all possible to get this account deleted and the email address carried over to the old account so I can log in to that account again.

Please use plain text.
