I clicked to download the DLC Resurgence for Mass Effect 3, it wouldnt work, then i redownladed it again but still nothing, any help? 

I cannot access anything from the DLC, its like it was never installed

P.S: My PS3 is from THE USA REGION, and the mass effect 3 game is from the Europe region

would downloading it on my UK account make it work on all my accounts on this PS3?

All i know is this.

UK = UK works / US = US works.

UK using US vice versa = Incompatible?
