Mass Effect 3 store purchases not completing

I have made several in game purchases for Mass effect 3 and my last 2 purchases have not completed properly. The payments have been made but I have not recieved my packs.

 

Has anyone else had this problem?

Best of calling Sony mate. 0844 736 0595 UK. Maybe they could look into the problem for you.

Nonsense. Better off starting a petition. With some persistence the DLC will actually finish downloading and come in a different colour.
